How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll process a full refund, no questions asked.
Is my coaching data private?
Yes. Your coaching conversations are private and are not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is the difference between the plans?
Free includes core coaching, journaling, and habit tracking. Pro ($19/mo) adds Career Trainer and the Mental Health Suite. Pro+ Total Human ($29/mo) adds the full Wellness Suite on top of everything.
Does the app work offline?
Basic navigation works offline. AI coaching sessions require an internet connection to generate responses.
How do I install the app on my phone?
On Android, tap the install banner or open Chrome menu → "Add to Home Screen". On iOS Safari, tap the Share icon → "Add to Home Screen".
